Backend and DevOps engineer for an agentic AI application deployed for government use, serving 40K+ users. Integrated OpenSearch, Amazon Bedrock, DynamoDB and LlamaIndex. Implemented query transformation, hybrid retrieval, agentic chunking and citation generation.
